1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry flavor Jello
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Beat first four ingredients in a large bowl with mixer until blended.
Mix in flour, dry Jello mix, baking soda then gradually add to cream cheese mixture. Be sure to mix thoroughly after adding each item.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 375º
Roll dough onto 1” balls. Spray baking sheets with cooking spray then place 2” apart on the baking sheets.
Bake 9 -11 minutes or until edhes are lightly browned.
Cool on baking sheets for about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.s) blueberries
